CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff and WAYNE MCARTHUR MORRIS; RUBY JOYCE MORRIS A/K/A RUBY MORRIS; BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AQUA FINANCE INC., are defendants. Victor D. Crist, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 11TH day of JUNE, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
