YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, Old Bridge Village Co-op, Inc. has filed an action seeking to eject you and quiet tile to real property identified as 5507 Port Road, North Fort Myers, Florida 33917, located in Lee County, Florida, and more particularly identified as follows:
Unit # 180 of OLD BRIDGE VILLAGE, a Cooperative Mobile Home Park, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded on July 12, 2002 in Official Records Bokk 03684, Page 4782, Public Records of Lee County, Florida; subject to: Mortgage encumbering the park in favor of BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., in the principal amount of TWENTY MILLION, SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($20,650,000.00) recorded July, 23, 2002 in Official Records Book 03691, Page 0813; and Collateral Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded July 23, 2002 in Official Records Book 03691, Page 0825; and the Future Advance Receipt under Mortgage Providing for Future Advances recorded July 23, 2002 in Official Records Book 03691, Page 0838; all of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; and the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of OLD BRIDGE VILLAGE CO-OP, INC.
upon which lies the following double-wide mobile home:
YEAR: 1976, MAKE: FREE, VIN NO. 0965175AJ and 0865175BJ
and on or before June 16, 2025, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Michael E. Schuchat, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Lutz, Bobo & Telfair, P.A., Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
