NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 5, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24-CA-005238 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE AGGREGATION TRUST is Plaintiff and AKO & M Investments LLC, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5 day of June, 2025 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 72A and 73, Block 125, Cape Coral Unit 5, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 80, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 72A, BLOCK 125, UNIT 5, CAPE CORAL RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11 PAGE 85 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE N 65 DEG E FOR 5.0 FEET TO THE CENTER OF A SEAWALL, THENCE S 25 DEG E ALONG THE SAID SEAWALL FOR 50.60 FEET, THENCE S 79 DEG 00'24” W FOR 5.15 FEET, THENCE N 25 DEG W ALONG THE REAR OF PART OF LOT 73 AND ALL OF LOT 72A FOR 50.34 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
