NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 24-CA-001258 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Xiomara E. Keutgen a/k/a Xiomara Keutgen; Charles Jason Keutgen; Rosa Elena Santiago; City of Cape Coral, Florida are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00a.m. on the 11 of September, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 997, UNIT 26, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 THROUGH 148 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
