I, Gyselly R Portes Pacca, have acquired the property located at 775 Knotty Pine Cir, through a tax deed sale conducted
by Lee County, Florida.
Upon taking possession of the property, various personal belongings and household items were found, believed to belong to the former owner, whose identity and whereabouts are unknown.
This public notice is hereby given that the items remain on the premises and may be claimed within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of this publication.
If no claim is made within the specified time, the items will be deemed abandoned property, and I may dispose of them in accordance with Florida law.
