NOTICE OF WORKSHOP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Stoneybrook Community Development District (“District”) will hold a Workshop on Monday, May 21, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., at the Stoneybrook Community Center, 11800 Stoneybrook Golf Drive, Estero, Florida 33928 for the purpose of hearing presentations from golf management companies.
This workshop is not a meeting of the District and the members of the Board will not convene for purposes of taking action on matters of the District's business, nor will the Supervisors present/discuss the District's business between themselves. The facts being gathered may relate to some future action to be considered by the Board of Supervisors. Accordingly, this notice is given in compliance with Florida Statutes §286.011.
The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. A copy of the agenda for the workshop may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (561) 571-0010, during normal business hours or by visiting the District's website http://www.stoneybrookesterocdd.com/.
