HELLER'S SUBDIVISION and go N 88 degrees 52' 03” W, 485.96 feet along the centerline of Beltrees Street to a point on the North line of Lot 7 of the aforementioned plat, thence go S 0 degrees 17' 06” W, 507.97 feet, thence along a curve to the right, radius 1897.86 feet, arc 207.17 feet, chord 207.07 feet, chord bearing S 3 degrees 24'49” W to the POB, thence continuing along said curve to the right, radius 1897.86 feet, arc 27.17 feet, chord 27.17 feet; chord bearing S 6 degrees 57' 00” W, to a point, thence go N 84 degrees 57' 38” W, 80.07 feet; thence along a curve to the left, radius 1817.86 feet, arc 27.17 feet, chord 27.17, chord bearing N 7 degrees 02' 10” E to a point, thence go S 84 degrees 57' 38” E, 80.03 feet to the POB.
