Lot 17, Block 35, of Mainlands of Tamarac By the Gulf, Unit 1B, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2965, Page(s) 89, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael C. Caborn, Esquire, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 329 Park Avenue North, Second Floor, Winter Park, FL 32789, within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. See §49.09, Fla. Stat. This Notice of Action shall be published once during each week for two (2) consecutive weeks under §49.10(c), Fla. Stat.
