NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 8, 2025, issued in and for Polk County, Florida, in Case No. 2024CA002473000000, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ANNE HAMMOND, DECEASED, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, MICHELLE HAMILTON, MILISSA RILEY, MILANIE LEONARD and MICHAEL HAMMOND are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on June 12, 2025, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.polk. realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
