Velazquez; Horacio Velazquez; Aqua Finance, Inc.; Marbella at Davenport Homeowners' Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of June, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
