NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 13, 2025 , in Case No. 2024CA002124CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and JACQUELYN M. MURRAY and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUELYN M. MURRAY are Defendants, the Office of Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 11:00 a.m. on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on the 14th day of July 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
