NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2025 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2024CC004542CCAXES of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CAV HOMEOWNERS COOPERATEIVE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OF THERESA A. HAWLEY, DECEASED, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY AND THROUGH, UNDER, AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) is the Defendant, that NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, The Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller, will sell the following property, in PASCO County, Florida, described as:
UNIT #R73, OF COUNTRY AIRE VILLAGE, A COOPERATIVE ACCORDING TO EXHIBIT “A”: (PLOT PLAN) OF THE MASTER FORM PROPRIETARY LEASE RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORS BOOK 1463, AT PAGE 0789 THROUGH 0819, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASTO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M. on June 16, 2025. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
