NOTICE OF BUDGET WORKSHOP
The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the North AR-1 of Pasco Community Development District (“District”) will hold a Budget Workshop on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Suncoast Parkway, 2155 Northpointe Parkway, Lutz, Florida 33558. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss the budget and any other business that may properly come before it.
The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agenda for the workshop will be available on the District's website: https://www.northar1ofpascocdd.org/. The workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor or Staff Member can attend the workshop at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
