NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment In Favor Of CALIENTE APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. (the “Association”), entered in this action on the 29th day of April 2025, the Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at a public sale conducted online at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on June 4, 2025 at 11:00 A.M., the following described property:
Unit No. 104, Building C of CALIENTE APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 5121, Page 1482, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its individual share in the common elements.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 6750 Dali Avenue, Unit 104, Land O Lakes, FL 34637,(the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
