NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-CC-42 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Adam Wolff, Lovely Francois, Unknown Tenant One, Unknown Tenant Two and HRA Constructions, Inc. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 23rd day of July , 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
