Eaton will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, on June 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1670, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 12A THRU 12G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
