Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 05/19/2025 in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida legally described as:
Lot 13, Block 115, ROTONDA MEADOWS, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 15Z11 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 12 Kumquat Ct, Placida, FL 33946.
In an online sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on June 26th, 2025. A copy of this notice shall be published in the Business Observer.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
