YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclosure a lien on the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 3506, Building 35, Phase 8, WILLOWBROOK, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2187, Pages 2990 through 3154, and amended by document recorded in Official Records Book 2307, Page 6394, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, WILLOWBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. v. WILSON ALVAREZ, DAIHANNA V. ALVAREZ, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
