NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 1, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 412024CA000606CAAXMA in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SERVIS ONE, INC. DBA BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES, Plaintiff and DALTON S. DOWNING; PALMETTO POINT CIVIC ASSOCIATION INC. are defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on June 17, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOTS 814 AND 815, PALMETTO POINT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 124 THROUGH 127, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
