NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lot 83, of TORTUGA, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 32, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on June 11, 2025
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
