NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2025 and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset the Foreclosure Sale entered on May 15, 2025, in the above-styled case, the Clerk of the Court, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 17th day of June 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the following described property:
Lot 2, Block GG, DEL WEBB'S SUN CITY FLORIDA UNIT NUMBER 30, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 92, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 604 Ojai Avenue, Sun City Center, Florida 33573.
