EDWARDS; THE ENCLAVE AT THE LAKES AT THREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE LAKES AT THREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THREE OAKS I MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the
