NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-3774 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HIBISCUS POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Fahimeh Sheridan are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 AM, on the 12th day of June, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 833, Hibiscus Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium of Hibiscus Pointe, a Condominium, recorded in OR Book 2378, page 2319, as amended, Lee County, Florida, public records.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
