NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 24-003910-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Stuart Rogers Jr. a/k/a Stuart Hall Rogers Jr. a/k/a Stuart H. Rogers Jr. a/k/a Stuart H. Rogers, Deceased; Farid Salahutdin, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Stuart Rogers Jr. a/k/a Stuart Hall Rogers Jr. a/k/a Stuart H. Rogers Jr. a/k/a Stuart H. Rogers, Deceased; Michael L. Salkowski a/k/a Michael Lynn Salkowski; Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, Florida are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of July, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, BAY RIDGE TERRACE UNIT 5, 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
