YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclosure a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 412, Phase 2, of LA PUERTA DEL SOL, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 28, Page 1through 47, inclusive and recorded in Official Records Book 4670, Page 1457 through 1593, inclusive, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, LA PUERTA DEL SOL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. v. THERESA J. CULOTTA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
