NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Re-Opening Case, and Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated May 1, 2025, and entered in Case No. 19-006793-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-3, is Plaintiff and CRYSTAL FAY CRATIC A/K/A CRYSTAL FAYE CRATIC A/K/A CRYSTAL F. CRATIC; BAYFRONT HMA MEDICAL CENTER, LLC D/B/A BAYFRONT MEDICAL CENTER, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 8TH day of JULY, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, LAKEVIEW GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
