Howey Land Company's First Addition to Dundee, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4A, Page(s) 41, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, begin 115 feet East and 300 feet North of the SW corner of said Block 7H, run thence North 50 feet, East 100 feet, South 50 feet, West 100 feet to the Point of Beginning. a/k/a 208 Pine St, Dundee, FL 33838.
