NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Lot 37, Block 1332, SECTION 11, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 22, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida a/k/a 21459 Olean Blvd., Port Charlotte, FL 33952
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 242134CA, M&K Unlimited, Inc., v. Janetsy Parra, et als.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
