NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on May 18, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-000738 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DIANE SULLIVAN, et. al, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on July 24, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, REBECCA WEEKS SUBDIVISION OF TRACT 41 OF NAPLES GROVES AND TRUCK COMPANY`S LITTLE FARMS NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2632 WEEKS AVE, NAPLES, FL 34112 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
