NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021CA000336AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE BANKUNITED TRUST 2005-1, Plaintiff, and LINDA SHAFFER, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 15th day of July, 2025, the following described property:
LOT 56, CHELSEA OAKS, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 179 THROUGH 185, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
