YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described real property, lying and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Unit 158, LAKE TIPPECANOE, a villa condominium, Section One, according to the declaration of condominium recorded in O.R. Book 971, Pages 315 and 316, and in O.R. Book 987, Page 114 and as per plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Book 6, Pages 28 and 28A - 28H, of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Said property having a street address of 4548 Mohican Trail, Sarasota, FL 34233.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Plaintiff's attorney:
