NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-CA-007474 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association FKA The Bank Of New York Trust Company, N.A. As Successor To JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., As Trustee For Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-Sp1, is Plaintiff and Constance Thelwell; Richard Thelwell; Daven Henry As Trustee For 700 S Harbour Island Blvd #510; Unknown Beneficiaries For 700 S Harbour Island Blvd #510; Parkcrest Harbour Island Condominium Association, Inc.; Primequity, LLC, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of July, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 510, PARKCREST HARBOUR ISLAND CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14790, PAGE 622, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
