NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2025 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2024-CC-001067-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY DOCK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANDREY SAVENOK is the Defendant, that Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 82SS (A/K/A BOAT UNIT) OF WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY DOCK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15697, PAGE(S) 1248, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on June 23, 2025. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
