Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Agreed Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 14, Block A, PAINE'S SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 24, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
in an online sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on July 8, 2025 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
