NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 10-012557-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein UMB Bank, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as legal title trustee for LVS Title Trust XIII is the Plaintiff and Kimberly R. Parmelee; Tenant #1; Florida Housing Finance Corporation are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of July, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, FIRST ADDITION TO J. W. FISCHER'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
