NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 29th day of January A.D., 2025, in the cause wherein, Cathryn Ann Parsons and Thomas Adam Jacob Yarnell, was plaintiff(s) and Orlando Mejia aka Orlando Mejia Rangel, was defendant(s), being Case No. 2024 CA 000640 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Orlando Mejia aka Orlando Mejia Rangel, and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
