YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a condominium lien on real property in Pinellas County, Florida, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to PETER D. GRAHAM, ESQ. of ZACUR & GRAHAM, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney whose address is 5200 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33707, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. The property proceeded against is described as follows:
Unit 32, of EAGLES NEST RESIDENTS, INC, according to Exhibit “C-2”, (plot plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement (Master Form Proprietary Lease) as recorded in O.R. Book 8399, Pages 638-662, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, commonly known as Lot 32, EAGLES NEST MOBILE HOME PARK, 7801 34th Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida, Parcel Identification Number 12/31/15/23785/000/0320, for a term of years from the 31st day of July, 1989, until the 30th day of July, 2088, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in that certain Master Occupancy Agreement which form of Agreement and all amendments thereto are incorporated herein by reference, the original of which is maintained in the Office of the Association 7801 34th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH the mobile home situated thereon and all other appurtenances thereto.
