NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2025, and entered in Case No. 52-2023-CA-008069 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Newrez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, is the Plaintiff and , The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Patricia C. Markwell aka Patricia Markwell, deceased, On Top of the World Condominium Association, Inc, Johnnie Markwell, Kevin Markwell, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the June 18, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT NO. 49, BUILDING B-34, OF ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT THIRTY-EIGHT, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 4425, PAGES 46 THROUGH 71, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 116, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
