The Palatka Housing Authority Housing Authority (PHA) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified individual(s)/firm(s) to provide Painting Services to the Public Housing Units and Affordable Housing Units in accordance with the PHA’s policy, US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Regulations and any other pertinent State of Florida and United States Federal laws.
RFP Issue Date: November 5, 2025
RFP Proposals Due: December 18, 2025 at 2:00 pm. EST
RFP documents can be obtained beginning November 10, 2025 from the PHA website www.palatkaha.org or in person at the PHA main office building located at 400 N. 15th Street, Palatka, FL.
