NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Desoto County, Florida, will at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of December, 2025, at public sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com sell to the highest bidder, for cash, the following-described real property:
Unit No. 112, Building B, Phase III, TARPON BAY CONDOMINIUM, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 677, Page 36, and exhibits and amendments thereto, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 37A thru 37D, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 2024001087CC.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
