PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the requirements of §733.2121 (2), Florida Statutes:
1. The ancillary administration of the estate of Michael F. Jacobs, deceased, file number 25-CP-2765, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112.
2. The personal representative is Bonnie Seaton, 9339 Carriage Run Circle, Loveland, OH 45140.
