NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2025, entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-001535 of the County Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Plaintiff, ALLIED CAPITAL SOLUTIONS, LLC, is Plaintiff, and DME STRUCTURAL SERVICES, LLC, et al., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on the 9th day of December, 2025, at public auction at https://polk.realforeclose.com/index.cfm, the following described property as set in said Final Judgment of Foreclose to wit:
Lot 2, Block 5, Seth’s French’s Addition to Varn’s Survey to the Town of Fort Meade, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 8, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
