NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 24, 2025 in Case No. 2024-CA-002716 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein JUAN CARLOS OLIVERA JR., ANGELIC LUZ TROCHE, SUNRUN INSTALLATION SERVICES, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, and LAKESIDE LANDINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk. realforeclose.com, on the 9th day of December, 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, LAKESIDE LANDINGS PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 168, PAGES 5 THROUGH 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 3161 ROYAL TERN DR, WINTER HAVEN, FL 33881
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
