NOTICE of Sale is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above noted case that the following property will be sold in Manatee County, Florida by the Manatee County Clerk of Court, described as:
The South 132 feet of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 14, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida,
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of December, 2025. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be by wire transfer, cash, cashier’s check, or money order payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
