NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment dated October 3, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024CA001496AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE ASPEN INCOME TRUST, A DELAWARE STATUTORY TRUST is Plaintiff, and SUSAN G. LYONS, SHORELINE TERRACES V ASSOCIATION, INC AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS are Defendants. Angelina Colonneso, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on December 4, 2025, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.041 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 949, OF SHORELINE TERRACES V, AT PERICO BAY CLUB CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1253, AT PAGES 311 THROUGH 390, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 105 THROUGH 111, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
