NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-004198 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which EDWARD BROWN, is the Plaintiff and ANATOLY MELNICHUK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANATOLY MELNICHUK; GALINA MELNICHUK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GALINA ANATOLY; TRUIST BANK F/K/A SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Sarasota County, Florida on December 2, 2025 at 9:00 am the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
