Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2025 , in Case No.: 2024-CA-003184 of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein EPPERSON SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and LOUIS CARAVANA, JR., et al., is/are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esquire, the Clerk of Court for Pasco County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 12/8/2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 4, Block 22, EPPERSON NORTH VILLAGE C-1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 81, Page(s) 90 through 97, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
