NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-CC-021977 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein VALENCIA DEL SOL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MICHELLE LENORE GOLDSBOROUGH is the Defendant that the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of December, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
