NOTICE OF AUDIT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETINGS
LAKE ST. CHARLES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) and the Audit Committee (“Audit Committee”) of the Lake St. Charles Community Development District (“District”) will hold two (2) Board meetings and Audit Committee meetings on December 3, 2025, and February 4, 2026, at 4:45 p.m. at the Lake St. Charles Clubhouse, 6801 Colonial Lake Drive Riverview, FL 33578.

At the December 3, 2025, meeting the Audit Committee will review, discuss and establish the evaluation criteria for any proposals the District receives pursuant to solicitations for auditing services. At the February 4, 2026, meeting the Audit Committee will review, rank and determine a selection for Audit Services for the District.

Copies of the agendas for the meetings may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 2700 South Falkenburg Road, Suite 2745, Riverview, Florida 33578, (813) 994-1001 (“District Manager’s Office”), during normal business hours, or by visiting the District’s website at www.lakestcharles.org.

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location, a speaker telephone will be present so that any person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.

Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings is asked to advise the District Manager’s Office at (813) 994-1001, at least forty-eight (48) hours before the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 1 (800) 955-8770, who can aid you in contacting the District Manager’s Office.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
