NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-003784, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Avail 3 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company is the Plaintiff and JOAN WRIGHT a/k/a JOAN MARY WRIGHT; AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER ANY OF THE NAMED DEFENDANT AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS ACTION BY AND THROUGH OR UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS HEREIN, are Defendants.
